Wes Timmerman“Texture, pattern, rhythm, as well as composition are all contained in each of my images. It is my impression of the subject as well as the form that I present in each photo. Experiences in the National Parks, wilderness and rural landscapes are unique to all who engage in them and I think the subconscious seeks these places” Wes Timmerman began shooting 35mm in 1961. He is a Jackson local and has been enjoying the natural beauty of this area since the mid 1970’s. In 1982 he began building images with the use of a large format, 4x5, camera.
